The r15 effect continues...
From latest news Suzuki Motorcyles India is already testing a new 150cc bike to take on the Yamaha R15. The bike is supposed to be powered by a 150cc, liquid cooled engine.
As mentioned earlier the base version for this is probably the 150cc motorcycle for South-East Asia in the form of FXR150. This bike is known to be a good performer.
Unfortunately the Bike doesnt meet emission norms of India, so what does that mean
1) Suzuki to mod it and refine it (Oh please an FI unit) and hopefully not detune it!
2) A new engine from scratch.... duh!
